As the days grow longer, supporting our bodies through the seasonal changes with nutrition, movement, and rest is key. Spring is the season of kapha dosha (the elemental qualities that embody earth and water, or mud!), and it's time to shed the sluggishness of winter to revive, recharge, and reawaken!
Sound healing taps into the body's own wisdom to promote healing, peace, and deep rest through vibration and stillness. We’ll begin with gentle movement to warm up, then relax into a few restorative postures to release stagnation, and end in supported rest—complete with the soothing, immersive sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls and other instruments.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. Feel free to bring your own cozy supports—pillow, blanket, eye pillow—or use the many props we have at the ready in the studio.

Move and groove your feet, ankles, and calves for sandal season! Using the concepts of agility, strength, and recovery, this class will combine Barre-style strength movements with plyometrics (light hopping, skipping, marching) and familiar balance poses, ending with restorative stretches for your lower limbs.

Balance & Strength is a hybrid movement training program that bridges the gap between flexibility and power. By integrating the fluid motion of yoga, core stabilization of Pilates, and confidence-boosting benefits of functional fitness, we care for the musculoskeletal, vestibular, and cardiorespiratory systems.
