Whole Yoga & Pilates is conveniently located in Odenton, Maryland—central to Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC. We offer a variety of accessible and affordable yoga and pilates classes, plus workshops that emphasize therapeutics and meditative movement. Come just as you are and experience your own body, mind, and breath with us.

Join our instructors for a walk in the woods! Plus gentle yoga postures, walking meditation, and observing the sensations of summer. Aaahhhh. Please note: Each walk has a different location and we will meet at the trail head at 1 pm.

Key pilates principles and exercises, fused with the best personal training techniques and incorporated into a moderately intense workout oriented to overall fitness. We will incorporate strength training with weights, interval training, and group and partner work in this special series!

Summer vibes in this energetic flow class! In this class, each posture flows into the next in a meditative stream. Increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and—above all—centeredness as you build movements based on sun salutation series. Class concludes with a restorative savanasa!
