Each week includes a different wellness approach, and the series concludes with a relaxing and empowering artwork activity from which to gain strength while in labor.

Join Lauren to discover your own version of wide-leg and split-leg poses! We’ll discuss how best to modify these versatile asanas to protect your joints, plus safe ways to gain hamstring flexibility and hip range of motion. The practice will include both active (yang) and passive (yin) poses.

Join Leah and Alison for an evening of relaxation and education. We will guide you through a gentle slow flow yoga class, briefly discuss the benefits of using essential oils in your daily life and to deepen your yoga and meditation practice.
Participants will have the opportunity to try a variety of oils to enhance breath awareness, clear breathing, and promote a sense of grounding and calmness before and after the yoga class. Oils will be diffused during class and available in rollers and from the bottle so participants can customize their experience.
