Whole Yoga & Pilates is conveniently located in Odenton, Maryland—central to Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC. We offer a variety of accessible and affordable yoga and pilates classes, plus workshops that emphasize therapeutics and meditative movement. A 6-week early morning series to rev you up for spring! This series uses key principles of pilates and functional fitness for a moderate/intense workout. Classes will incorporate bodyweight exercises, as well as resistance bands, stability balls, dumbbells, and kettlebells for overall fitness and strength.

In this workshop, Valerie will share the ways the yogic philosophies of the yamas and niyamas can relate to a variety of balance postures! With plenty of time for exploration and experimentation, you'll leave feeling great about your balance - both on and off the mat.

First, enjoy a gentle yoga practice with Laurie Hyland Robertson for ramping down, followed by relaxing auricular acupuncture with Katie Herman. Needles are completely optional; even without them you'll enjoy the guided meditation!

Bring your kid(s) aged 7 and up for a family-friendly way to enjoy the summer! We'll practice mindfulness, yoga poses, and having fun together!
