YOGA BASICS Especially for newcomers!

  • Mondays 5:00–6:00 pm with Cheryl Sidwell
    Weekly in-studio session for beginning students new to yoga or those seeking to review the fundamentals of yoga practice. We cover physical postures, meditation, and breathwork in every class.

BARRE Strengthen and stabilize bones and muscles

  • Wednesdays 6:30–7:30 pm with Kelly Ringer
    Barre combines ballet, pilates, and yoga techniques to create a challenging yet accessible workout to balance and stabilize your joints. We occasionally use a chair in place of a ballet barre and often incorporate light weights and bands as well as mat work. A great way for students of all experience levels to balance, strengthen, and have fun!

CHAIR YOGA Accessible and gentle

  • Thursdays 12:00-1:00 pm with Cheryl Sidwell
    A welcoming, accessible way to move, breathe, and calm—no matter your age or ability. Using the support of a chair, we’ll explore gentle movements, soothing breath work, and guided meditation.

YOGA FLOW Meditation through movement

  • Thursdays 6:00–7:00 pm with Jenna Hulet
    This accessible vinyasa class builds on Yoga Basics and promotes stamina and endurance. Classes are appropriate for active beginners and experienced yogis alike! This kind of flowing practice is a beautiful, effective way to meditate in motion.

GENTLE YOGA FLOW Calm and meditative

  • Saturdays 9:00-10:00 am with Shelby Bell

    A gentle, inclusive vinyasa class designed for all experience levels. We move mindfully with the breath, offering variations and props so you can explore each pose in a way that feels right for you. Expect clear guidance, a steady pace, and a supportive space to build strength, mobility, and ease.
