YOGA BASICS: Yoga for beginners in 2 weekly class formats!

  • Saturdays, 10:00–11:15 with Zach Dalton
    TWO weekly studio sessions for students new to yoga, or those seeking to review the fundamentals of yoga practice. Physical postures, meditation, and breath work are covered each week.

YIN YANG YOGA: Vinyasa flow PLUS yin stillness

BARRE: Strengthen and stabilize your bones and muscles!

  • Wednesdays, 6:30–7:30 pm with Kelly Ringer
    Barre movements combine ballet, pilates, and yoga techniques to create a challenging yet accessible workout to balance and stabilize your joints. We occasionally use a chair in place of a ballet barre and often incorporate light weights and bands as well as mat work. A great way for students of all experience levels to balance, strengthen, and have fun!

YOGA FLOW: Meditation through movement

  • Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 pm with Jenna Hulet

  • Fridays, 9:30–10:30 am with Kim Brooks
    New-ish to yoga?
    This session will refresh your flow—it's an accessible vinyasa class that builds on Yoga Basics and promotes stamina and endurance. Classes are appropriate for active beginners and experienced yogis alike! This kind of flowing practice is a beautiful, effective way to meditate in motion.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FOUNDATIONS: Fun way to learn about strength training

  • Sundays, 8:30—9:30 am with Lauren Weinhold

    MINDFUL STRENGTH TRAINING! An accessible way to learn about weightlifting, with variations and modifications for your body! We’ll work on functional movements like squats and pushes with minimal equipment and bodyweight exercises. Every session also includes mobility drills, cardiovascular intervals, and a calming cool-down to energize you for your day. Depending on the weather, we may even get outside for a bit!
