Discounts

We are pleased to offer 10% off* drop-in classes, 10-class packs, and workshops for

  • Active-duty military and first responders

  • Seniors (65 and over)

  • Full-time high school and university students

  • Unlimited members

Email us to get verified and use one of these discounts.

If you are eligible for one of these discounts and it helps to make your yoga practice more accessible, by all means use it! On the other hand, we are a small business seeking to make yoga and pilates available to as many people as possible, including those who might not be comfortable in a large-studio or gym environment, so please don’t take advantage of us. (*The discount does not apply to unlimited membership or intro offer purchases.)

Please let us know if paying for your classes is a financial burden. Whole Yoga & Pilates maintains a bank of credits donated by the studio and by generous students. We distribute these credits on a case-by-case basis.

Payments & Expirations

Purchases are non-refundable. Please note that workshop registrations may not be canceled.

(Under certain circumstances we may be able to transfer workshop registrations to a different event; if the studio must cancel a workshop we will issue you a credit or refund.)

Please note the auto-renew policy for Memberships. You will need to sign a Membership Agreement when you initiate your membership.

Pass expirations generally cannot be extended. We hope you’ll have plenty of chances to enjoy your classes within the allotted time—our students’ regular practice is what keeps our studio afloat and our community vibrant!—but please contact us if you didn’t manage to use all of your classes before the expiration date.

In-Person Classes & Series

Space is limited in all in-studio classes, and pre-registration is required. (No walk-ins at this time.)

Please review our safety and health protocols before joining us in the studio:

  • Maximum of 10 students per class or series.

  • Props are fully sanitized between uses, and blankets are laundered regularly. You are always welcome to bring your own props and are especially encouraged to bring your own mat or purchase one in the studio.

  • For air quality, we have two HEPA filters with UVC lights properly operating at all times in the studio space and additional filters operating in the rest of the suite.

  • You are welcome to wear a mask in the suite, studio, and/or for practice. If you are recovering from a contagious illness—or if a family member or close coworker is ill—please do wear a mask at all times in our spaces.

  • Please stay home if you have a fever, cough, or any other symptoms of illness—even if you think it’s “just a cold.”

We are confident in our health protocols. However, we reserve the right to cancel in-person sessions if we deem that safety measures are not being adequately met.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Plan to arrive for in-person classes at least 5 minutes before the start time.

We KNOW traffic around here can suck (we drive in it, too!), so please plan accordingly so you can arrive with plenty of time to settle in.

If you are habitually late to class, we will ask you to review your schedule to find class times that work better for you; this is not only to ensure that you have the best possible experience with us, but also for the safety of students, staff, and instructors.

If you pre-registered and find that you are unable to attend, please withdraw your registration as soon as possible. You must do this yourself through our FitDegree software; do not message the studio or instructor.

If you withdraw your in-person registration less than 1 hour before start time, your class credit will not be refunded. (Those with unlimited memberships will incur a $10 fee on their accounts.)

We completely understand that life happens, and please know that there are no hard feelings when we do charge you for a missed class/session. We thank YOU for understanding that we need to maximize our limited space to keep the studio going!

Students are not required to sign up for regular online classes in advance; we simply recommend doing so to carve out time for your practice and commit to yourself. You may withdraw from online classes at any point without a fee.

If no one is registered for an in-person class 1 hour before class start time, the class will be canceled.

As a private business, we reserve the right to change these policies at any time.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not abide by our policies or who are unkind to our staff, instructors, or other students. Please practice ahimsa and asteya—and just be nice!
