Yoga and pilates both focus on gentle but effective strengthening of the core muscles, which in turn support the spine. And a healthy spine is key to overall good health! These practices are all complementary and can work together to keep you functioning at your best—the human system is a complex one, and no single approach will suit everyone.
You do not have to be a patient of the chiropractic clinic to take classes in the studio; likewise, patients of the clinic are not required to take classes!
