Reiki & Restore
FRIDAY, June 7
IN-STUDIO 6:00-7:00 pm
with Kim Brooks
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing modality that aims to connect people with the universal life force, allowing the body to access its natural healing abilities. And restorative yoga focuses on gentle, extra-supported poses held for extended periods, promoting the release of tension and stress.
In Kim’s yoga and energy-healing blend, experience the blockage-clearing potential of both techniques for restoring the natural flow of energy in your system. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or physical healing, this class offers a nurturing space and the opportunity for deep relaxation.
No prior experience with yoga or energy healing is required, and the practice can be done without the use of touch. Wear comfortable clothes (and maybe cozy socks!), and bring an open heart, curiosity, and willingness to receive the healing energies available to you.
