Pilates Fitness Series

Our popular Sunday-morning series is back for 8 weeks—with a twist! We’ll fuse key pilates principles with the best strength and metabolic training techniques for a moderately intense workout oriented to overall fitness. This class often includes more standing exercises than classical pilates, and we may incorporate a little interval training and light weights. A great way for students of all experience levels to really get moving!

Sleep Better Tonight: Yoga Therapy Workshop

Nearly all of us encounter sleep issues, from difficulty drifting off to struggles staying there, at some point in our lives. Join studio director and yoga therapist Laurie Hyland Robertson to learn practical yoga-based solutions you can use tonight!

Yoga for Athletes Workshop

Sun Salutations Workshop
Saturday, February 23, 12:00–1:30 pm
Sun salutations can be a potent moving meditation, and they're a wonderful way to stretch and strengthen the entire body! These sequences, on which most vinyasa, or yoga flow, classes are based, can also lead to repetitive stress/strain injuries when not practiced properly. Make sun salutes sustainable and beneficial for YOUR body—bring your questions and challenge spots!

Yoga Therapy Series for Anxiety, Depression, and Stress
Fridays, February 22–April 12, 4:30–6:30 pm
with Laurie Hyland Robertson
A unique evidence-informed 8-week series blending yogic tools with contemporary neuroscience principles. If you are anxious, depressed, or simply stressed out, this course offers concrete coping tools—and for many students a radical shift in perspective. Although we’ll do a moderately active practice, no previous yoga experience is required; if needed, we can arrange private instruction before the course begins.

Women's Community Circle
