Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that enhances the body's natural healing abilities, and restorative yoga focuses on gentle, supported poses. In Kim’s class, experience the combined benefits of both techniques to recalibrate energy flow, promote emotional balance, and encourage physical healing. No prior experience is needed, and the practice can be done without touch. Wear comfortable clothes (maybe light layers!), and bring an open heart and curiosity.

Pilates Fitness

THREE WEEKS! Key pilates principles and exercises, fused with the functional training techniques and incorporated into a moderately intense workout oriented to overall fitness. Each class will feature different equipment like dumbbells, stability balls, and resistance bands.
