Balance & Strength is a hybrid movement training program that bridges the gap between flexibility and power. By integrating the fluid motion of yoga, core stabilization of Pilates, and confidence-boosting benefits of functional fitness, we care for the musculoskeletal, vestibular, and cardiorespiratory systems.
What to Expect
Enhanced stability: Targeted drills improve proprioception and spatial awareness
Sustainable strength: Low-impact work with body weight, dumbbells, stability balls, and resistance bands protects and supports knee, hip, shoulder, and spinal joints while building grip strength in the hands, wrists, and forearms
Boosted agility, coordination, and cardiovascular health: Dynamic movements sharpen reflexes and build fast-twitch muscle fibers to aid in fall prevention and quick recovery
Take-home materials: Activities to practice, plus weekly summaries to review
