We offer a variety of accessible and affordable yoga and pilates classes, plus workshops that emphasize therapeutics and meditative movement. Prenatal yoga practice will help pregnant students move with ease and accommodate for a changing body. Students will learn modifications for poses as pregnancy progresses, plus enjoy a relaxing meditation. Mamas-to-be will be equipped with the tools needed to practice yoga freely at home or modify general group classes and prepare for birth with confidence.

Reduce back pain, improve your balance and stability, and strengthen your entire body with the Pilates on the Ball 6-week summer series! Instructors Laura and Lauren will guide you through a fun and empowering practice, using stability, weighted, tennis/lacrosse, and medicine balls. Appropriate for all levels. Don't miss this one!
