Whole Yoga & Pilates
Whole Yoga & Pilates is conveniently located in Odenton, Maryland—central to Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC. We offer a variety of accessible and affordable yoga and pilates classes, plus workshops that emphasize therapeutics and meditative movement. Come just as you are and experience your own body, mind, and breath with us.
Join Dr. Tom Hyland Robertson in 4 consecutive weeks of yin, a powerful practice for improving the body's innate awareness. He'll offer two special introductory classes and two therapeutic workshops. (Registration for these sessions is closed; please watch for more therapeutic yin, and join us for weekly classes on Tuesday evenings!)

Enjoy an evening of gentle yoga accompanied by live harp music! Vanessa will guide you into supported restorative poses, where you'll linger and enjoy as she plays her harp to assist in deeper release. The class will finish with a meditation and extended musical savasana.

Join personal trainers/yoga instructors Lauren and Jenna for an informative seminar on self-myofascial release (SMR) using foam rollers, "sticks," and other tools to relax muscles, increase neuromuscular function, and improve recovery.
We'll continue the afternoon with yoga techniques specifically designed to support all active people—whether you consider yourself an athlete or not! Learn how to address repetitive stress, correct imbalances and asymmetries in the body, and maintain joint mobility and flexibility.
CE credits available for instructors.
Friday, September 9, 6:00-7:00 pm
First, enjoy a gentle yoga practice for ramping down, followed by relaxing auricular acupuncture. Needles are completely optional; even without them you'll enjoy the guided meditation!
