Whole Yoga & Pilates is conveniently located in Odenton, Maryland—central to Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC. We offer a variety of accessible and affordable yoga and pilates classes, plus workshops that emphasize therapeutics and meditative movement. Come just as you are and experience your own body, mind, and breath with us.
Fridays, September 16-November 4, 4:00-6:00 pm
This evidence-informed series blends yogic tools with contemporary neuroscience principles. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply recognize the need for more effective stress-management strategies, this 8-week series offers concrete tools to help. Students can expect a moderately active practice, but no previous yoga experience is required; if needed, we can arrange private instruction before the course begins.
Please check your schedule before committing; although we don't recommend it, students may miss one class if necessary.
$395 course fee includes manual and companion weekly audio practices. (Repeat students, ask about discounted rates!) Contact Laurie to sign up.

Join Maggie for a unique practice of restorative yoga and guided writing. We'll travel the critically important bridges between thinking brain and feeling body through energetic exploration. Class will alternate between restorative practices and journaling exercises. We'll enjoy gentle meditations, breathwork, and even Qi Gong. Open to everyone--all ages and experience levels are welcome!

Enjoy an evening of gentle yoga accompanied by live harp music! Vanessa will guide you into supported restorative poses, where you'll linger and enjoy as she plays her harp to assist in deeper release. The class will finish with a meditation and extended musical savasana.
